Refund Policy

We want you to love every Renaissance Revival purchase. If something is not right, please review the guidelines below and contact us. We’ll do everything we reasonably can to make it right.

1. Digital Products – All Sales Final

All sales of digital products (e‑books, PDFs, audio tracks, downloads, online courses, memberships, and other intangible goods) are non‑refundable once the order is confirmed. Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for these purchases.

 
2. Physical Products – Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a physical item (e.g., print‑on‑demand book, poster, journal) that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at support@renrevival.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the product and issue

 
2.1 Return Shipping Responsibility

If we authorize a return, you are responsible for paying the return‑shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

 
2.2 No‑Cost Replacement or Voucher Option

Because international and oversized shipping can be expensive, you may choose—at our discretion—one of the following alternatives instead of returning the item:

  • No‑Cost Replacement: We will send you a replacement item free of charge; or

  • Store Voucher: We will issue a voucher or digital gift card of equal value to your original purchase, which you can apply to a future order

 
3. Conditions for Return Eligibility

A return or replacement will be approved only if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery;

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, in its original packaging; and

  • The defect, damage, or error is confirmed by our team based on the photos or upon receipt of the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

 
4. Processing Time for Refunds or Credits

Once your return is received and inspected (or once we approve photo evidence), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved:

  • Replacement: A new tracking number will be emailed to you once the replacement ships

  • Voucher: A digital gift card or voucher code will be emailed to you

  • Refund: If a refund is granted, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7‑10 business days, subject to your card issuer’s processing times

 
5. Exchanges for Size or Preference

Because most items are printed on demand, we cannot accept all returns or exchanges due to size, color, or design preference errors you make at checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

 
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet (after we notify you of approval), first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit‑card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us.
